OBJECTIVES OF WORKSHOP:

  • Understand the difference between non-assertive, assertive and aggressive behaviour
  • To be able to identify own behavioural style and that of others 
  • Learn a variety of assertiveness techniques to improve communication and interpersonal skills.

This engaging 1 Day workshop helps develop skills and strategies for assertiveness not only in the workplace but also in day-to-day life.  Delegates will understand what assertiveness entails and how to express themselves with confidence without having to resort to passive, aggressive or manipulative behaviour.
