This two day conflict resolution training program will teach delegates how to more confidently deal with workplace conflict situations. Delegates will discover how conflict situations can be turned around into opportunities, understand their personal choice of handling conflict, explore and practice a conflict resolution process to more successfully handle workplace conflict.

CONFLICTin the workplace just seems to be a fact of life. Learning how to deal with conflict — rather than avoiding it — is crucial. When conflict is mismanaged, it can cause great harm to a relationship, but when handled in a respectful, positive way, conflict provides an opportunity to strengthen relationships and improve productivity.
